Gibson Media Works Ltd. was launched in January 2015. I started Gibson Media Works to follow my passions in the advertising industry. After over 12 years working in the radio business as an account manager at Corus radio in Vancouver followed by a Sales Management role at Newcap radio, I decided to go out on my own. I love marketing and advertising, especially working on and developing new ideas. Sitting down with clients and brainstorming creative approaches to get their message out to market is one of the best parts of my job.

Running this growing business has given me the opportunity to plan and purchase advertising across multiple platforms in many markets across Canada and the USA. We have excellent relationships with all the major broadcast partners and our clients benefit from those relationships. We can help you run advertising campaigns on radio, TV, digital, You Tube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Sirius XM Radio, indoor, outdoor, transit, cinema. You name it we can access it.

I’ve been in the sales world for 20 plus years, and my whole career has been about building excellent client relationships. I take business seriously but always have time for a laugh with my clients. At GMW there is no agenda to push a certain media outlet, we can and do represent all the media and marketing options available. We often bring new opportunities and ideas to clients in this ever changing advertising landscape.

You should also know that I am a football fanatic, when I say football I’m talking about the world’s most watched, played and most corruptly governed sport. Not the NFL if you’re still trying to figure this out. I’ve been to 4 FIFA World Cups and many EPL games. I’ve also been playing soccer at a decent level since I could walk, in a nutshell I love it.
